Why Can’t I Make a Call?

There can be multiple reasons why you cannot make or receive calls on your device. The following reasons can impact your data network:

  1. Switch on Airplane mode and try reconnecting to your mobile network after 5 mins. There can be temporary issues due to interruption of service.
  2. There could be an interruption of the service due to Low Credit. Ensure that your account has sufficient balance to make a call. 
  3. Ensure that the sim card is properly inserted into your device.  
  4. Check for the wireless coverage map and see if your device is in the coverage area or not. 
  5. Check the signal strength of your device. You might not be getting sufficient signal on your mobile. Try to ensure that party B number is not switched off and has enough data coverage to receive the call.
  6. Ensure that there isn’t any hardware problem with your device.
