I Activated a Wrong Plan. What Should I Do?

Top-Up Your Account


The first thing you need to do is top up your account with funds.


  • To top up your account, head over to the Talk Home website. 
  • Login to your account. 
  • Select the payment method and amount. Use Talk Home voucher, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
  • Press “Continue” and provide the payment details. Your account will instantly reflect the purchased credit.


Buy a Bundle or PAYG


Once you have enough credit in your account, you can start making calls and using data via the pay-as-you-go model. 


Also, you can buy local and international calling bundles directly from the website. Follow the steps below to buy a bundle.


  • On the main page of Talk Home Mobile, go to https://talkhome.co.uk/plans/monthly. 
  • Choose the country you want to buy a bundle for (International/Local). Select a plan to view details such as the duration, free minutes, text messages, and data you will get 


Get Your Plan Changed
