You can file a complaint with Talk Home Mobile through three main channels:
- Either, you can call their customer service by dialing 579 from your Talk Home Mobile number between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Alternatively, you can send a letter to their address at 50 Shad Thames, London SE1 2LY, UK, or email them at cs-mobile@talkhome.co.uk.
- Or simply log-in to your dashboard & and engage with the customer support representative via live chat.
