Talk Home Mobile MMS settings are automatically activated in a smartphone; however, there might be a chance that you need to set up your settings manually. So, if you can't send an MMS, it might be due to having the incorrect Access Point Name settings in your smart device.
The settings should usually update automatically, but we will guide you through updating these settings manually. There might be variations in the setting options for Android devices compared to iOS devices. So, check the pointers below and set your MMS APN Settings correctly.
- On Apple or other iOS devices, you can search your APN settings in the Settings menu that shows under Mobile Data, Mobile Data Options, then Mobile Data Network.
- For the Android devices, you can easily find them in the Settings app under Mobile Networks/Networks, Mobile Network, then Access Point Names/APNs. Check the three dots option since the APN setting is available on some devices.
