For certain information, like your billing or contact details, it can be faster to log in to your account or call us. In these instances, you can:

  • Login your mobile account on the web to view the last 30-days history
  • Contact us from any support medium

We typically reply within one month of receiving your request, but may take up to two extra months if your request is complicated or if you submit numerous requests at once.

The following data can be requested by the user:

  • Details of call recordings from the past 90 days (where available)

  • Call logs covering the last six months (in some cases, we might provide logs for the past twelve months)

Data that cannot be requested by the user

These types of data cannot be provided to the user:

  • Details of incoming calls (unless required by a solicitor via Court Order or Witness Summons)
  • Text message (SMS) content, both sent and received
  • Multimedia message (MMS) content, sent or received
  • The substance of voice call recordings (or "Voice call recordings' content")
  • Content within erased voicemails (or "Deleted voicemail messages' content")
  • Call logs older than six months (in certain situations, we might supply logs covering the past twelve months)
  • Past itemised billing statements
