Turn on Airplane mode for 30 seconds and then off to refresh the network connection. 

  • Check Network Settings

Confirm correct settings at Settings → Network & Internet → Preferred network mode (2G/3G/4G auto). 

  • Reboot Your Phone

Restart your phone to refresh both hardware and software. 

  • Verify 4G Compatibility

Check phone and SIM card for 4G support and compatibility. 

  • Clean and Reinsert SIM Card

Eject, clean, and reinsert the SIM card carefully. 

  • Install Software Updates
