I Lost My Activation Code. What Should I Do?

Your Talk Home Mobile SIM activation code is printed on your SIM Card jacket. It will be labelled as the ‘PUK code’. It is an 8-digit specialized code that is registered on the SIM card you are delivered with.



If you lost your PUK code, you can contact support at cs-mobile@talkhome.co.uk and communicate your issue to us. After verification of your registered identification, we will provide you with a new PUK code that you can enter and activate your SIM.
