I Haven't Used Talk Home Mobile for a While & it Stopped Working, Why?

There can be different reasons for that, mostly depending upon how long you haven’t been able to use the Talk Home SIM. Given below are different statuses that your Talk Home SIM can be in when not used for different periods of time:

SIM Card Restricted

If your SIM has not been topped up or recharged for last 90 days and outbound calls have been blocked, the SIM will remain in this state for a further 90 days unless the state is manually reset by the Customer Services or a new top up is applied to the account.

SIM Card Suspended

When both Inbound and Outbound calls are restricted on your SIM-Card and the service is pending retirement. The SIM-Card will remain in this state for a further 180 days unless the state is manually reset by the Customer Services or a new top up is applied to the account.

SIM Card Expired

When all activity is blocked and the SIM is about to be disconnected. Once disconnected, the mobile number cannot be recovered.

Disconnected

The SIM card and the mobile number have been disconnected from the Talk Home Mobile network and cannot be reactivated.
