If you're unable to do that, you will lose your outgoing calling feature. Further, if you still cannot make any phone call or send a text or use your data volume for another three months, you will lose your account access.
Even though you can regain your services after the expiration period by connecting with our customer support team, you will have to go through the whole process to resume your services just like before.
However, we highly recommend that you avoid this situation. Instead, you can follow these points:
- Make a minimum top-up transaction once every 03 months to keep your outgoing calls active
- Make a phone call, or send a text, or consume your data volume in the next 03 months to retain your account access
