I Forgot My Password or Username, What Should I Do?

If you have forgotten the username or password for your Talk Home account, you can follow these steps to recover the username or change your password.

What Is a Talk Home Username?

A username is a name that uniquely identifies someone on the Talk Home network. Talk Home allows users to choose a username so they can customize their settings or set up an account online. A username can contain letters and numbers, but not spaces.

What Is a Password?

A username is always combined with a password. This username/password combination is known as login and is required for users to log into Talk Home. Once you are logged in, your username may appear on the screen, but your password is kept secret.

Passwords are never given out to any third-party. We recommend that you keep a password someone could not easily guess. A strong password is a combination of numbers, symbols, special characters, and letters, both uppercase and lowercase.

How To Access your Lost Username and Password?

With Talk Home, your login username is your email. This is the email you used to register your account with Talk Home.

If you cannot remember the email you used to create your account, open your email accounts, and type Talk Home in the search bar. The account that yields multiple results is the email you used to register your account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://talkhome.co.uk/login.
  2. Input your email and press “Continue”.
  3. On the next page, click “Forgot my password”. An email will be sent to your account with reset instructions. Click on the link given in the email to reset your password.

In case you have any problems, you can contact the Customer Services team by dialing579from Talk Home Mobileor +44(0)330 993 7339from any other network.
