Talk Home allows its users to get information about their current plans.
To check which plan is activated, you can simply login to your Talk Home Mobile account on the website, or you can send the relevant code of the subscribed plan to 579 to check the activated plan and remaining allowance.
How Many Plans Can I Activate Against My Number?
Talk Home Mobile allows for you to have up to 10 bundles activated on your account at the same time. Our plans are restricted to 30-day periods to provide you the best services. As a user, you have two options:
- Purchase the same bundle up to 10 times. You will be charged the exact amount for each bundle every time, and they will expire on the exact dates set out before.
- Purchase up to 10 different bundles. These could be a combination of data, texting, and calling plans.
1-Month Plans
Talk Home Mobile makes sure our customers get the best value of money, offering them the best value plans and packages without tying into long-term contracts.
That’s why the standard duration of our monthly plans is confined to 30-days. Moreover, we also have PAYG (Pay-as-you-go) plans, where you buy a plan, and it lasts until you consume the total minutes and/or total data (30-days limit).
If you choose to “auto-renew” a plan, it will be automatically renewed after the current one expires. To do so, you will have to log-in to your Talk Home Mobile “Settings” using your email on the Talk Home Mobile website, opt “auto-renew”, and provide your payment details.
