Why Can't I Use Vouchers or Balance to Purchase Certain Plans?

Firstly, you need to check if you have enough credit to purchase the plan or not. If you have sufficient balance and you still can’t purchase the plan, check the following.

If you’re trying to purchase a plan using text codes from your Talk Home Mobile SIM card, you need to ensure you have the following:

 

  • Enough credit to buy the plan 
  • Using accurate self-service short codes for the plan


Once you double-check all these things, you will most likely be able to purchase the plan.


Website:


There are certain promotional plans/offers that are only available to be purchased from the website. Therefore, customers can only buy/purchase those plans from the website using their credit/debit card.


For example, super saver plans can only be purchased from the website by using a credit/debit card because it’s a promotional plan that will automatically reactivate itself for three continuous months. And if you try to purchase it using voucher or account credit you won’t be able to purchase it.
