I Am Having Trouble During Top-Up. What Do I Do?

Talk Home prides itself on providing its customers with the quality they deserve. We are always here to assist you in any issues with your transactions and top-ups. Even though we use extraordinarily secure and reliable channels to process your payments, it is always possible to come across a slight hiccup that could cause you not to be able to make calls anymore.

There are three ways to top up your account. You can scroll to the section most relevant to your issue.

Voucher Top Up

Talk Home vouchers are available at thousands of stores across the UK. Wherever you see a sign indicating our vouchers, you can go in and purchase one either from the store clerk or from an e-terminal inside the store.

First, please make sure that the voucher you purchased is for Talk Home Mobile. Talk Home calling cards are also readily available and sell in large amounts. You might have confused your voucher as one for Talk Home calling cards.

You can proceed to the store clerk and explain your issue in such cases. They will likely replace it and give you the Talk Home mobile voucher that you require. It is also possible to call our help center at 579 from Talk Home Mobile or +44 0 330 993 7339 from any other phone, and our representative will help you out. They can sometimes replace your voucher with the one you require just over the phone.

It is also possible that your voucher is either inactive or expired. This can happen if the period for that specific bundle has run out or the voucher has been suspended for any number of reasons. In such cases, we recommend that you call our help center at 579 from Talk Home Mobile or +44 0 330 993 7339 from any other phone, and our representative will help you out.

Bank Cards

When making a top-up through either a credit or debit card, please ensure there are no holds on that payment method. Sometimes, if you’re making that payment for the first time, the bank might refuse it because the merchant is unfamiliar. It is also possible that you do not have enough balance to top up your account with the required amount. In both these cases, we recommend calling your bank to figure out your options and how to pay for your top ups conveniently.

PayPal

Making payments with PayPal has never been straightforward. The security checks on transactions made through PayPal look for abnormalities in your transactions. They have strict checks and regulations against fraud. It is wise to ensure that your payment with PayPal has been approved. For such queries, you will need to contact their help centre.
