Talk Home SIM, as any other SIM, provides the option of saving contacts on it. However, phones also have an internal storage where contacts can be stored and backed up. If you have saved contacts on your Talk Home SIM card, and you lose the SIM, you may not be able to recover those saved contacts.
Talk Home can help you get a new SIM with the same registered number, but the saved contacts remain lost. Hence, it is advisable that all contacts should be backed up on a virtual cloud service or in phone’s local backups, so that they remain accessible to you in any case.
