If the new Talk Home Mobile SIM card doesn’t work on your handset, it might be due to a SIM lock on your handset.
When you buy a new mobile handset from a provider with a contract, it means it’ll only work with the provider from whom you bought it.
Carrier Unlocked Phones
If your contract is over with your current provider, you can remove the lock without paying anything. For that, you’ll have to contact your existing provider through any channel and request the code to remove the SIM lock.
