Talk Home SIMs have a cycle rate of one year, that is, 365 days. If we do not see any activity on your account or against your number, the SIM is automatically deactivated.
This cycle rate ensures that numbers no longer in use can be discarded. There is otherwise no specific way to deactivate your account. However, a customer can block their Talk Home Mobile number for incoming and outgoing calls by contacting our customer support.
