It usually takes three to four working days once you receive the confirmation email, but delivery time is subject to change based on your delivery address. As you receive your new SIM just insert it in your mobile and buy the top-up or select a subscription plan that best suit to your connectivity needs. You can also order a pre-loaded SIM with your favourite subscription plan or any amount of mobile top-up, this way you can start making calls on instant basis.
Once you receive your new SIM, if there is an error in registering your SIM card, simply connect with our customer support, and you will receive the necessary guidance to activate your SIM. Using the Talk Home App, you can start by buying credit for your SIM or send instant international top-up to your friends and family abroad.
