As soon as you receive your Talk Home Mobile SIM, mount it on your smartphone’s SIM card. If you have access to WIFI during this process, your SIM activates automatically. If you receive any error that may mention that the SIM is not activated, you can try the following.
- Make sure the SIM mounts appropriately in your mobile phone
- Make sure that your device has a WIFI connection
- If you don’t have a WIFI connection, you can activate your SIM by going to Settings > Mobile data > Network mode and selecting CDMA Only
- If the problem persists, you can insert ##RTN# code by using the dialer, contact our support team for this code
- You can also check if your details conform with the Talk Home Mobile network
- You can also factory reset your device if your Data Network is not working properly
Sometimes your smartphone may require a code to accept another SIM card if your device was in contract with another service provider. In this case, you need to get your phone unlocked by getting the Subsidiary PIN code from your previous network service provider or by visiting your local mobile shop.
